Osceola Grand Hotel Evart, Evart

I had a wonderful stay at this charming older hotel. The service was exceptional, especially from Paris at the reception, who made our visit so much better with her recommendations. The room was clean and had all the standard amenities, though it felt a bit cramped. The complimentary breakfast was a real treat with plenty of options. However, the bed was uncomfortable, which was a significant downside.

I had high hopes for this hotel based on previous experiences, but it was quite disappointing this time. The staff was hit or miss; some were friendly, but there was one particularly rude employee that really left a bad taste in my mouth. The cleanliness of the room was unacceptable, making it hard to relax, and the overall condition of the hotel felt very outdated. It's definitely not what I remembered from my earlier stays, and I wouldn't recommend it without significant improvements.

Overall, the stay had its ups and downs. While Sarah at the front desk was friendly and the bed was comfortable, I faced some serious cleanliness issues in my room, and the breakfast setup was quite minimal. For the price I paid, I expected better cleanliness and amenities, which made my stay less enjoyable than I had hoped.
